That's it, you are not allowed to pick up any other items. I think only 4 missles are actually needed (two double missle doors near the explosion escape area), so you don't need infinte missles or grenades. Due to the extreme lack of mobility, Infinite Foam is essentially a requirement for getting around the Complex. It requires you to take a different route which skips most of the map. This is a fun little achievement which is not as hard as it might seem.
